Meghan Markle appeared in a lost television advert, with the now-Duchess popping up in a crisp commercial back in 2009.
Before marrying into the British Royal Family in 2018, Meghan was an esteemed actress, best known for her stint in legal drama Suits as Rachel Zane. But before landing the role of Rachel in the hit TV series, Meghan acted in commercials.
An unearthed clip of Meghan's 2009 commercial for Tostitos corn chips has now circulated on social media, with people in awe over the Duchess' little-known advert appearance. Meghan was 27 when she shot the commercial, and doesn't look much different at all, leaving people branding her ageless.
The commercial was shot before she got her big break in Suits, with Meghan acting for the crisp company. In the advert, she can be seen pouting as she looks for a healthy snack before settling on Tostitos.
The voiceover, which wasn't Meghan, spoke about how the crisps had just three ingredients, which made them a healthy option to buy. Meghan looked downcast in the ad and sported her raven-hued hair in a mid-length bob, parted to the side.
Making its way onto TikTok, one person shared the unearthed video and asked: "Did you know Meghan did these adverts?" to which someone said: "Nope, didn’t know. Nope, don’t not care. We all have to eat and bills to pay."
Someone else then said: "Omg I remember this!!! What!!!" While another gushed: "She’s so pretty, she hasn’t aged at all."
And in the comments section of the video which was shared on YouTube, one person penned: "Lol all she had to do is stand, looking at a bag of chips." Another then said: "From snack aisle to marrying a prince and then (drum roll)………to advertising coffee," referring to the Duchess' recent stint in a coffee advert.
A third person then said: "I did not know that Megan Markle was in a commercial," while a fourth weighed in with: "Not even her voice in the commercial WTF," which pointed out how the voiceover is done by somebody who is not Meghan.
