Meghan Markle has been called "impatient" by the author of a new bombshell book exposing Royal Family members.
Endgame, written by journalist Omid Scobie, has given readers a deep dive into life inside The Firm and it's believed it will will "have the world talking". Meghan and her husband Prince Harry feature heavily in the book, with the author even making several claims that Harry "disappointed" his family.
In one instance, Omid said Prince William was unhappy with his brother's decision to move to America after stepping back from the Royal Family. Writing in Endgame, the author claims the Prince of Wales now "considers his brother an outsider".
King Charles was also said to have expressed his disappointment in the fact the Sussexes "chose to go so public with their words" following their bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey. Now, in an interview about his new book, Omid has revealed what he really thinks of Meghan.
Speaking to The Standard, he described the Duchess of Sussex has "impatient" and said they were both a "couple that ran hot". Omid said this behaviour didn't help when they were deciding to leave the Royal Family.
Omid has been distancing himself from Meghan and Harry lately, despite once being known as the former actress' "mouthpiece". The author spoke out about claims he is friends with Meghan in a post shared on X.
"And let's get this nonsense out the way - #ENDGAME is about the current state of the British Royal Family. It's not 'Harry and Meghan’s book', I'm not 'Meg’s pal', the Sussexes have nothing to do with it, their story is a small part of a much bigger one you can read in 12 days," he said. He also insisted that he is "not friends" with the former actress, but said they do share "mutual friends".
However, Meghan once seemed close to Omid and is even said to have reached out to him after he was harassed online. The journalist is said to have received threats on social media, with the Duchess of Sussex personally reaching out to him on his mobile phone to check in on his welfare.
The call came about after a member of Meghan's team told her Omid had been dealing with threats and harassment. Details of the phone call have been included in Endgame.
