Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone says Joao Felix is training with the senior squad.
After freezing him out, Simeone says Felix is again training with the first team.
He said: “The club manages it, until August 31 they can leave, yesterday he returned to training with the group and hopefully he can improve from the discomfort that did not let him play.
“We hope that he feels better so he can join us.”
Simeone was speaking after their 0-0 preseason draw with Real Sociedad.
